Bulgarian government will begin negotiations with the governments of the 19 eurozone countries to start accession to the common currency, said Finance Minister Vladislav Goranov in Vilnius, said on “24 Hours” and Nova TV.

Bulgaria will ask the 19 countries already use the euro as currency roadmap with the commitments of our country and the reforms that need to be taken before the admission of the country into the ERM 2.

“There are no prerequisites for entry into the ERM 2, the candidate must meet the requirements of euro area countries for structural reforms and stability,” says Finance Minister.
