New golf complex in the suburbs “Momchil” will be built near Balchik. This was announced by the municipality for the proposal lodged by investors, BTA. The municipal council in the seaside town already allowed to be made detailed plans for the construction of 1472 acres.
The investment project of two companies provides the pitch to occupy area of 840 acres, to be built about 700 homes, hotel, winery and other administrative buildings.
Territory of the future settlement “Momchil golf and golf course” falls within the protected zone “Balchik” for conservation of wild birds in the ecological network “Natura 2000”. In the municipality of Balchik accepted opinions from the public about the project.
Intentions for the construction of the complex said the companies “TESS Wind Golf Club” and “Sea Wind Golf Club”.
