“The development of 5G and the beginning of the rollout of 5G-Advanced across China is very impressive,” Vivek Badrinath, director-general of GSMA, said in an interview with the China Daily website.
The mobile economy has already contributed $1.2 trillion to China’s GDP and is projected to grow to $2 trillion in economic size in the future, according to the director-general.
