OnlineOnly acquires PHPJabbers. The Bulgarian company said. Estonian digital marketing company OnlineOnly bought a majority stake in Bulgarian software solutions provider PHPJabbers.
OnlineOnly acquired the majority stake from Bulgarian software developer StivaSoft. This will keep a minority stake in the company. A statement by PHPJabbers founder Veselin Stoilov published on the company’s website showed. According to a report published by Bulgarian news outlet Investor.bg last week.
OnlineOnly acquired 80% in PHPJabbers while StivaSoft will retain 20% interest.
“In the coming months, we expect to massively increase the popularity of PHPJabbers. This will allow us to continue upgrading our products and even add new ones to our portfolio.” Mr. Stoilov said in the statement.
Stoilov also said that when OnlineOnly acquires PHPJabbers they has agreed to keep the company’s development and support teams.
